Processing
Processing time depends on product availability, payment verification, supplier lead time, order quantity, and destination requirements.
Shipping estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, inspections, export controls, or other events outside our control.
International shipments
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee information and for applicable duties, taxes, permits, import approvals, and local compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tracking and risk
Available tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Risk of loss and title transfer according to the terms stated on the invoice or written order agreement.
Address accuracy
Customers must verify shipping details before dispatch. Additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
